Default Different grill "L" on dynamic radar CC IS's!?

Just got my IS350 today . . . and i noticed something that i never noticed on here. The front "L" emblem in the grill is a little larger and has a protective shield around it! The salesman said it was because of the dynamic radar cruise control option. I have never heard this mentioned on the site so i thought i might post up about it. Kinda wasnt sure about it at first, but because it does look a little larger i kinda like it. . .

Ill try and post pics up tomorrow or something

I saw on the LS how it is a square shield . . . on the IS it is actually a circle though, just a little bit larger than the emblem

Yeah. Don't mess with it, especially since it deals with a safety feature. That emblem stands out more than black pearl. It's distinctive, but also functional...

Why would you WANT to change it. It's way cooler than the standard emblem.

I ordered PCS/RadarCC and I can tell you it is one amazing option. The more I use it the more I'm glad I spent the $ for it. And "Yes" I'm pretty sure you (and I) have grilles we won't want to mess with.

yea i wasnt gonna mess with the black pearls because i do love the grille, i was talking about maybe adding a grill and keeping the same emblem. Like you all said though, i do like it, it is distinct. So i guess i just not worry about it for now and just enjoy my IS

Any problems with the PCS. For instance, do dead bugs or rain interfere with it? BTW that emblem is what sold me on the PCS.
