Default hid help

hey guys...I really need your help.
I just got on a h11 6000K headlights for my is250.
The output seems to be week and and uniformed.
It's got some crisscross pattern and the front does not illuminate far ahead. Only illuminates up to 15 ft directly in front of me.

I have attached a pix from inside the drivers seat.
please let me know what you think I can do to correct this.

Thank you in advance.

you have to check how the bulb is sitting in the housing. If you only see about 15ft in front of you then I think you have the bulb pointing upward. Try to play around with the bulb, make sure it point rights to the middle and not up. I hope this help.

The 6k is less bright from the get-go. The pattern mismatch is normal and helps to shield oncoming drivers and is the same on all cars that added HIDs, search for the posts and see the pictures.

No one with stock HIDs has posted their pattern yet that I know of.

Try taking a pic with your headlights pointing towards a wall so we can see the pattern.

your pattern looks horribly messed up...yer refractors could be totally throwing it off....or like someone else mentioned earlier...yer bulbs are probably not set in correctly. your pattern should look just like your stock hids. I have a few questions...first did you have halogens or hids to begin with? 2nd...if your answer is hids....what kit or bulbs did you buy? i understand you purchased h11 6000k but not sure on the brand you bought...let me know i can try to help you out.

hey guys, thank you for all the reply.
my original headlight was a halogen.
the brand I got was from a store called promax.
They have their own in-house brand.
the guys who installed was very helpful and wanted to resolve the problem.
Just that I could not actually show him the car during the evening.

When the lights are projected on the wall, there is no problem.
You can't tell there is a bad beam pattern.

he says that I am the only person that complained about having problems.
I can't really say anything to that but really want to resolve this.
He also told me that the bulb was sitting correctly in the housing.
I personally can't confirm this as I have not opened and looked at this.
the bulb is really hard to get into...and am weary of touching it and causing more problems.

I was thinking last night while driving home, and also as one other person stated,
I wonder if the beam is aimed too high or too low.
So that is the reason for all the diffraction......

The lower cutoff on the driver is normal. If you don't like it thats fine, but it isn't broken. The picture you posted is terrible and hopefully from a cellphone so its hard to discern any similarity.

Does your pattern look different than this one posted in another thread?

the picture above is how your pattern should look with a slight tilt from the driver side headlight because they purposely make it do that so it doesnt shine in oncoming traffic. to be honest from the looks in your pictures your bulbs almost look like regular halogen style pattern with a higher bulb. if you insist on checking the bulb to make sure its seated correctly do not touch the bulb with your fingers and if you do wipe it with alcohol. i got another question when you shine your lights on like a garage door etc how high is your beam pattern going up? and when u check this do not park like right up on the door or wall give it like 10 ft or a little more.

Here are a picture of my cutoff lines for you to reference when looking at yours.

Does yours look like this in real life?

from the look at the pictures, I think the bulbs setting isn't right. Even the stock halogen has better output than that. Try to play around with the bulb setting, I have had the same problem before with my previous car.

definitely, my headlights do not look like that.
Will adjusting the lights vertically, help.
i was shown that there is a screw that can help adjust the problem.
or do I need them to look a the lights itself to see if it sits correctly.
