DO Not adjust the headlight. If it looked fine before the install, then the hedlight position is probably correct.

Try pulling out your H11HID bulb and reseating it

Does your pattern look different than this one posted in another thread?

ok now that i seen your pattern. my conclusion has been met =P your refractors from your housing arent suited for hids cause they were halogen to begin with....the housing is why your pattern looks like that. i believe some others have gotten better output but thats about as good as your gonna get it unless you drop some money on a nice kit.

Shrka who made your hid kit? It looks like who ever manufactured the bulbs in that kit did not properly align the HID arc with the halogen projector focus point. If your bulbs are indeed sitting snugly and correctly then this is a basis for having your money refunded due to the kit being defective.

like vicestan was saying i would highly recommend you go in and fix this or ask for your money back...from the looks of your pictures i dont think you could even drive with those...thats very poor output.

I have attached a pix from inside the drivers seat.
please let me know what you think I can do to correct this.

Thank you in advance.

i think i figured out your problem. you are using super white blue replacement bulbs, not HID's. that is why your visibility is so bad. did you pay $25.00 for a pair?

sorry for not replying...have been away.
I appreciate all your replies.

Today, I tried to realign the headlights. I will have pix shortly.
I spoke to the installer and he told me that he aimed the lights down....don't know why he did that. I was able to successfully aim the beam...but there are some diffraction.

I will drive with it for a couple of days but if I continue to dislike it, I will return it.

The lights are promax in monterey park and got it for $300 with install.
I think it's their own brand. But the guy told me that philips and other companies get their ballast and lights from the same company....but in viewing my lights, I don't think that is possible.
The output is very blue and a bit dim as you can see.

If I really get sick of it, I may just go out and buy the xenondepot.
Johung...are yours from xenondepot?

I am already frustrated with this whole thing....

Well if the installer jacked with your alignment, even switching to a different brand may not look right. You might have to have the dealer re-align the headlights.

It doesn't matter where you buy or what brand if you put 6000k on a projector its going to turn a Bluish color
You dont have to return the whole kit just tell them to replace it with 4300k or 5000k Bulb temp.
you'll light up the road!

Theres nothing that you can do to the level of the headlights that will cause them to look the way his lights do. I'm pretty sure the problem is in the bulbs, the hid arc is not aligned with the projectors focal point. Like I said before if the bulbs are installed correctly then the problem is in the bulbs. Take a wall picture I'd like to see how your cutof looks.

ok...i took pix of my car tonight. I adjust the height...but there are still some strays.
It may be difficult to see it on the pix.

I really question if the lights are set correctly because the beams crisscross.
what I mean by that is when I parked in front of the wall to adjust the height of the beams and when I adjust the right headlight, the left light reflecting off the wall goes up and down.
This kind of explains the stray beams too.

if you look at the pix with the light directed toward the wall, you can see how the beam is in a shape of a "u". It's strange.

here is the url:

please advise if what I am experiencing if workmanship of the bulb or the install or what.

thank you in advance.

Yeah, it looks pretty bad. I would think that the bulbs are not seated properly
