Post a pic of the bulbs after you take them out.

I really think the Bulb is not sitting properly. what you can do is Switch the Passenger bulb to driver and see you still get the wierd cut off.

Your passenger side lights is okay driver side is the problem ____///------- ____/-------

After switching the bulb if the passenger side now is mess up then its the bulb tell them to replace it.

when you take a picture next time you dont need a big picture just a resonable size like
640 x 480 and go to a flat surface 20 - 50 feet away from the wall.

I guess I should try to do the install myself but it's really crammed in there.
and since I paid for it, I figure they should do the correction.

Anyway, I spoke to the guy today about getting it replaced.
He says that since aftermarket HID are illegal, so he can not give me may money back. I don't see the relevance in that. He did say that he would be store credit. Not sure what to do there...maybe tint my windows I guess....I am sure it's gonna cost me the same, if not more ($300). otherwise, he will try to redo the headlights...take out the lights and reseat it correctly.

I think I will try the latter and see if it works out.
if not, I will get store credit... but part of me says just to oem and not worry about it.
argh!

should have gone with the original plan of buying a xenondepot.
