Default Calling manual transmission Owners..

So the car is now 2 weeks old, 250 6spMT, and have 2 concerns...
1st, when i depress the clutch all the way in, theres a clicking noise. It dident make this sound till about a week after driving the car home from the dealership. I asked the service dept and they said it was normal...kind of find that hard to believe.
2nd, my gear box seems to be very rough all of a sudden. Putting the car into 1st or 2nd gear while driving is difficult and it feels almost as if the car is grinding gears. (clutch all the way depressed). It is nowhere near as smooth as when i 1st left the dealership or as smooth as when i put it into 4th/5th/6th etc.

Has anyone else had these problems??

that click noise when you press the clutch all the way in might be the sensor for the push button start?

i notice that when i shift into first... the car sorta makes a clunk noise and feels like i got lightly rear ended... like a tap. so everytime i shift into first at a stop light i look in my rear view mirror to see who just hit me hahah.

Have the clicking noise, did it from the moment I picked it up.. assumed it was normal.

1st and 2nd aren't as smooth as the later gears, but I figured thats normal too.. seems to be about the same feeling as other manual transmissions i've driven.

Ya first thing that came to mind. My previous car, MINI, made that clicking noise when I depressed the clutch it was the starter sensor.
