I'm not sure if people are still looking for those key gloves. I found some circulating on eBay.

I will not post the link, you can just search with a few key words like lexus leather key.

I just want the members who wanted it, that never got it.

I will apologize ahead of time if I violate any rules.

 

There was mention that Carson was trying to get the keygloves for a Group Buy. I don't know what's happened to that...

This is a great time to remind people where the rules are located at:

On the CL top NAV bar, click on "Forums" and then "Forum Rules" and it will take you here.

As long as this thread doesn't turn into a "What's the status of the last GB" thread or a thread to try to get folks together to do a GB without a CL sponsor, then the thread will get shut-down. If you're just pointing out that there are some available on eBay and that's it, then you're good.

CL vendor Carson Toyota were suppose to get some according to this post but I haven't seen a post from them yet. I'm sure they will soon.

took a look at the one i think you are talking about. it only shows one view, and i want to see the other side as well as what it would look like with the smart key in it. was there a post on CL that showed it?

 

Yes, there are pictures of the key in it. Just search in the 2IS forum under "Key gloves"

 

I have 1 that someone can have if they want it. Post here to claim it and I will mail it to you.

Edit: It doesnt have the lexus logo on it. Its just the leather ones that came in my glovebox.

 

So those are the same ones that people are seeking.

 

Do these not come standard with the IS? I found 2 in my glove compartment.

 

The one RealNinjuz is talking about is the one that comes factory with every 2IS. The one with the cut outs for the buttons and a clear vinyl on the other side.

If you search, there has been pictures posted. I guess some people didn't see the thread. It has now been locked due to violating the rules.

You can search for pictures. These gloves are different. I figured since there were so many people looking for them, I figured I post a heads up to let the other people that couldn't get on the GB.

I just bought the one on eBay and I probably won't get my car until Aug. Oh well, at least I'll have something to play with besides the color swatches in the brochure.
