Black Sapphire. BMW has the same exactly name "Black Sapphire Metallic". It's basically Black with nice metallic flakes in it. So I'm expecting it to be that kinda color.

You think with the roll out of the '07's the residual on the '07 will be higher? It makes sense to me.

I'm going to be leasing, do you guys think come in a week when you can order the '07's, you could negotiate a lower cap cost on either the '06 or '07s? Been longer since it's been released, etc.

I have a ES brochure and there is a black paint chip that when put in the sunlight it reveals a prism. Maybe that is the new black. Also I read in another thread that Lexus was going to do something about not being able to lock the car with the engine running. What would be nice is for Lexus to visit some of these forums and learn from the owners what works and what needs to be improved upon.

That paint chip your referring to would be the Smokey Granite Mica color.

Yes, it's the same.

It's safe to assume, he/she was thinking that might be the new "Black Sapphire" we're talking about.

Unless, he/she was looking at the Black Onyx paint chip and it was really scratched, thus giving it variations

Any idea if satellite radio will be fully integrated into 2007 instead of the crappy antennae installation they have to do right now?

Also , any idea when 2007 changes will be oficially announced?

Supposedly, XM is going to be integrated for the 07 and soon too will Sirius. No idea when the 07 changes are going to be announced to the public, but I will know pricing/options in early July as the 07 production date nears.

I said earlier that June 15th is production day for the 07s but it is really near July 15th, the June 15th date is the date that they start accepting 07 orders.

Also, no more Blue Onyx, its now Black Sapphire which is a darker blue
