Default Anyone else consider the GS

I ended up with the IS250 but every once in a while I wonder if I should have gone for the GS. Have you thought about the GS as an alternative too? I like the sporty, bold looks of the IS and I love driving her but I like the size of the GS.
Just wondering.

I thought of it as well, but came to the conclusion that the GS is bigger, more expensive to insure, doesn't get as good of fuel economy, has a previous generation nav system (compared to that in the IS), the IS is faster (350 vs. GS430), and, honestly, feature for feature is pretty much the same as the IS, minus a few things like power-folding mirrors, assisted trunk closer, front center park sensor...

Nope, never crossed my mind. Don't need the space, looks very bland. Not interested.

I thought about it for 10 seconds, but coming from the 05' RL, my intention was to get something smaller and more fun to drive. I don't think I would have gotten that with the GS300.

With $8,000 difference, i rather go for the IS. The GS looks old to me. The IS have both luxury and sporty look to it.

If I wanted the bigger size, I'd probably go for the sportier Infiniti M45, in spite of the garish orange gauges and ATM sytled center console. The GS is too soft for my taste. I prefer cars the size of the IS/3 series/G35, the handling feels more tossable.

Well, since i never really liked the new GS, i never gave it much thought.
To me the IS350 looks like a smaller and more refined version of
the GS.. Not to mention its faster and handles better... Even if i wanted
or needed a bigger car, i would not of gave the GS any consideration..
