Turning off navigation warning on start?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to turn off the start-up warning screen on the nav. I swear I saw someone talk about doing this before but I can't find it via the forum search. Thanks!

There're a lot of talk about this but unfortunately i don't thing there is a way at this moment yet.
