Thought I would share some pics of an IS350 that we recently put chrome spiders on at work. Enjoy........
Nice, I got those as well with mine. Here's a pic from a month ago the day I got my car. They're chrome spiders as well, although you can't really tell they're chrome from the pics.
it has long term problems cuz it cracks and air will leak out. that's common problem with chrome rims....
wtf are you talking about??? Chrome is a paint over a silver rim. The same rim in chrome will not crack and leak air before it does in a silver finish. I've never heard of a rim just cracking after time and air leaking out. If you hit potholes, curb them, maybe. and if you never hit anything but never ever cleaned them, the worst that would happen would be the finish might look like **** after awhile. Please link me to some documented events of peoples rims cracking and leaking air out because they were chrome.

Actually , your wrong, When they chrome out rims, the rims are put through
extremely high tempatures, which in turn usually weakens the rims. It sometimes
even warps the rim.. I've always heard from rim places, that rims
will bend easier after they are chromed...

yea maybe if you buy a chrome dipped wheel. Any wheel place thatc "chromes" wheels should be put out of business. When you buy a Davin, or volk, or SSr, or privat, or konig rim that is chrome, it will be just as strong as a silver rim. I didnt know you were talking about chroming rims, I've never even met anyone who did that, it sounds like cheapo method if you ask me
