Hi Muzzman1,
Sorry to bother you again, I am not good at cars, I would like to adjust my blue tooth as well. Can you let me know where is the parking light switch? BTW, I haven't try it out yet, just would like to clarify it before starting.
"first hold the "info" button (I did it for about 5 secs) then switch your parking light switch from off-to parking lights-repeatedly while still holding the info button....it takes about 5-6 cycles...an poof the NAV screen enter yet another Service menu. From there I navigated to a bluetooth menu where I was able to adjust the Microphone volume higher so that people can hear me better!

Can anyone tell me if its possible to increase the microphone sensitivity if I don't have Nav? The 2010 comes with bluetooth standard even if you don't have Nav.. All the menus are just voice recognition based. I'm guessing the option is there just the sequence of events would be different.

There are a number of ways to restore the default settings. I've documented more than 40 service related screens in the nav. If you poke around (literally) you'll find LOTS of feature settings. Unfortunately, despite the hours of poking at the screens, I've not been able to find a menu with the override function in any firmware version after 1600.

Do you have to up the send and receive or which one do you need to change? What number do you guys have it set as? Also the 3rd one, voice quality I think it is, has anyone change that, to what number, and what does it do?

I changed my voice quality because my wife always complained about my iPhone 4 sounding like crap thru Bluetooth. It got to the point where she would always know I was calling over Bluetooth and refused to talk to me unless I switched off Bluetooth, so I decided to mess with it. She wasn't exactly a willing helper, so I called with it set on the default value (00). Sounded OK until I started DRIVING then it sounded like crap. I changed it to 50 and she said she couldn't tell a difference. I then changed it to 99 and she said she could still tell I was on Bluetooth, but that it was totally acceptable and that she would be willing to take calls from me when I was on Bluetooth......NICE! I hated having to hold the phone to my ear.
