thanks....I actually did not know that is what certified pre-owned meant....I think I am hopefully going to stick with the IS 250... I do not really want to wait, but from the sounds of what everyone is saying I really have no choice but wait because the cars are all called for....thanks for your help

 

So, why not telephone a few dealerships and give them a number, like $35K, all-in, out-the-door, and see what kind of responses you get? At the very least you will be placing them on notice that you're a serious buyer who's ready to buy if they can get to your price. By the way, February is a slow month in the car business (people are still licking their wounds from the holidays).

Thanks for the help.....it just gets tough being 20 years old buyer.....many times they dont take me as a serious buyer.....that is why I am using a dealership like an hour and a half away from my school (they are the only ones that gave me the time of day- and seemed the most informed and organized) instead of the one 20 minutes down the road
