Default Power window help

2006 IS250 Passengerside front power window works from the switch one held. One touch doesn't work and won't work from Driverside master switch. I have tried programming many times. The car won't "take" the programming I would say. All the other windows are fine. What in the car saves the programming from the switch or any other suggestions on what to check? Tried another known good switch and same thing won't take the programming.

Did you do the programming by rolling the window halfway? That doesn't tend to work for me. What I do is I just hold the switch until the window is at its maximum for like 3 seconds, then hold the switch to it's minimum for like 3 seconds. That seems to make the auto functionality work after disconnecting the battery.
