I would get one of those LED bulbs instead of HID. I had these that worked well: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/market/899921

You can consider changing out the whole headlights too.

 

Why not upgrade the whole headlight for better safety (no yelloed lenses) better visbility and modern styling? I added these to my 2009 IS250 same color and they function / fit great for the same $269 bang for your buck.
