So I had an accident and my steering wheel air bag deployed. Now my issue is how to reset the emergency system. It won't shut up. It does it every four minutes and its annoying. Is this a DIY or do I have to take it in to the dealership. "Unable to connect to the emergency call center, the system will try again" is what I'm getting from my speakers. Already disconnected the battery and did not work. Also disconnected the sos system overhead and no luck. Any help please thank you in advance

 

I believe the SRS computer needs to be re-initialized or replaced. This isn't DIY friendly you may need to visit the dealer or send the computer out to be reset. Hopefully someone whose actually gone through this can chime in with their experience.
