I recently bought a 2006 rhd is250 and thinking about changing the bulbs or entire headlight unit. My question is if there are any differences between the usdm and jdm versions?
I know the cut offs are gonna be facing the opposite direction, but are the bulb sizes the same as usdm? And will I be able to just plug and play a usdm headlight unit onto this jdm car I have.

Did the JDM headlights not come with bulbs? I would assume they should be the same bulbe size minus the cut off differences.

I have a 2005 IS350 from Japan. I put Vland headlights into mine. No issues. Everything fits well and plugs in like normal. Mine didn't have bulbs, but they will be the same as USDM. It's a bit of a pain to change out the housings, but not too bad.
