Default Hazard button and clock display doesn’t work

Hi, all, bought a used 2009 is350 and the middle clock display and hazard button doesn’t work. Took out the radio and there is no plug available for the right side. There is an additional plug that doesn’t connect to anything. One of the bottom radio plugs fits into that right plug seen in the picture , but when turned on there is still no display and the hazard button still doesn’t work. Everything else on the radio works fine.

See picture below. Have not checked fuses yet but just curious about the plugs.

Take a look at your owners manual it has an extended description of fuse functions. Read through all three fuse panel details and write down the likely suspects then go to the car and pull those fuses to see if they are open.
There are two panels under the hood and one on the left side of cabin.

Take a look. Hopefully you find it.
