Default Passenger door's dead

Hi!

Please help. The rear passenger door of my 2jzge swapped Lexus IS200 00' is dead. By that I mean that both the lock and window do not work. Took everything apart. Checked the door's wiring - all wires good. Checked both door lock motor and window actuator - both work if connected to a independent 12v battery, however once everything is put back together, DEAD. All the other doors and windows work fine, both individually, and from the driver's door. I've heard that the problem can lie in the MPX Body control unit being faulty? Or something else?

Thanks! Lexus FTW!

Not likely the MPX. Check the harness.

You mean the wires that go to the door? The ones in the door itself are fine, checked those.

So the wires have power? Also the signals from the drivers master switch passes signals to it.
