DRL Module high beam

Hi! I've serious problem with drl module installation...
Is anyone already installed one of these modules? I read the instruction but still not working... For the record my Lexus is with bi xenon h1 system.

Any answers and ideas will be appreciated!!!

The 2001 to 2005 come from the factory with this. So why are you asking in this forum?
