Do I need tools to access the driver kick panel/fusebox?
Pretty sure my cig lighter is out. Never messed with anything down there. I know how to replace the fuse and youtube'd the correct spot, just no video shows how to open it.

There is a little access door with a pin handle on it. Just pull on the pin thing and it will unclip out the door.
