Default Torque specs

Hello. My car is a Lexus IS 300 2003. Does anyone know the torque lb on the 2 bolts above the dual cams? I'm not sure if they are 10 mm but I heard it it should be 10 lbs. Does not sound it correct and just want to make sure. I am replacing the dual cam seals, crank seal, valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, coils, spark plug wires. It's been a journey to say the least. Thanks in advance.

If you're taking about the Camshaft bearing caps for the CAM seals its 15 ft lbs.
Valve cover gasket bolts are 75 inch lbs. <-- INCH not foot lbs.
