Angry Check engine light

Hi Guys,
I recently purchased an 06 GS 300 and found that the seller was less than honest. However, i have since fixed a number of issues. The check engine and VSC light is on. The car drives fine, the codes indicate failing cat converters. Anyone had a similar experience or solution apart from spending$3,000.00?

You can get an O2 simulator which will bypass the post-cat sensor. So far in my searches, there have been "tokensolutions" and "klong" O2 simulators, however I'm it seems like these were individuals that used to be active here on the boards that used to make them for the community. I'm not sure if you can still reach out to them, or other individuals that'll make them for you, but if you are pretty adept with electricals, then you can make your own (link below):
