Default Ecu Question

Hi,
I'm starting a 2jz build and i've got a question about the ecu. I bought a 2jz-ge vvti out of a 2001 is300 with the engine harness. I also picked up a cheap complete body harness with all the fuse boxes, relays, and everything from a 2001 is300 as well, but wasn't able to get the ecu. My question is since it's an 01, will I have problems getting the engine to run with a different ecu because of the immobilizer, or is there a way to get a different ecu to work? I thought it'd be easier to use the body harness for my build(and I really like the cluster design) and got it for pretty much nothing, so it's not a must have but i'd like to use it if I can. I've tried searching here on other places and haven't had any luck, well I did find how to flash my ecu, but I don't actually have an is300 with keys.

ECU off another 2001 IS300 with the key from the same donor ought to do the trick.

Thanks. I actually managed to find a guy the other day on eBay with a matching ECU, key, and the entire ignition switch assembly so hopefully I'll be good to go after that.
