Want to know if there are any differences between sc300 exhaust manifold and is300.

 

First off welcome. The 92-97 SC300 do NOT have VVTI and the heads are different, so exhaust manifolds would be different. 98-00 SC300's have the same engine as the IS300 so those may just be identical and bolt on compatible but not 100%
