Ok I have come to the conclusion I need help ASAP. My wife's 01 IS300 has a P1125 showing it reads as Throttle control motor circuit malfunction. I replaced the IACV and cleaned the throttle body, it is still there. The car won't idle when it warms up, there is no throttle other than the last 25% it is as if it has a lot of play in the cable. When I take it out to test drive it it will sputter if I don't have it at 100% throttle, and still ends up stalling out. I have cleaned all the connectors for the IACV, Throttle positioning sensor. I can not figure it out, the IACV will spin when it is out of the car showing it is trying to make adjustments to the idle but when it is installed it seems like it is not doing anything.
