Default New here, need some help!!!

Hey guys how are ya...
Well the story goes, bought 04 IS300 from an insurance auction that was stolen and semi-parted and thought it was a pretty easy fix. Oh boy i was wrong... I am VW guy so i decided you know i really like IS and it will be a nice project and completely different experience. Anyways, i am almost done, however few things that needs to be fixed up and that's why im here.
For the last two weeks or so i have been living on the internet trying to find some information about some plugs that are left over in the front near the headlights but no luck and i dont think i have enough hair left on my head to pull out.
1) low beam does not work. Fogs, hi beam, and side markers work fine, low beam no go. Bought headlights (they were bare) bought bulbs, bought ballast, bought 9006 connector, now i cant find where to plug the freaking ballast into the wiring harness...
2) need to identify connectors in the pics
3) there are two pictures with tubes can you guys tell me if anything has to be plugged in there, i thought it could be from stock Air box but not sure.
4) Please help if you can!

I think you are missing the plug from back of the head light where it run to the ballast it's not the 9006 cause that plugs into ur high beam 8,9 and 10 pictures. One of them is what plugs to the stock ballast. That if we are talking about stock ballast. Aftermarket then we are talking way different
