I realise the content of my message might seem basic to enthusiasts but I am not a car person.

I have a Lexus IS200 (02 plate) with 18 inch wheels.

I need a new spare 18 wheel, does this have to be one specially for a Lexus or will any spare 18 wheel work?

If anyone knows where I can buy a wheel suitable to be used as a spare I would be grateful if they could reply to this and post the link
