Question Varrstoen ES221 Tire Stretching Question

I recently got some Varrstoen ES221 and wondered what size tires would work best to stretch.
Front - 18x9.5 +12
Rear - 18x10.5 + 15

225/40 and 235/40

for tire stretching, tyrestretch.com is a good resources to give you an idea how the stretch is gonna look given your widths

Pull your fenders and throw on 215/40.

Well, maybe I'm biased since I'm into the stance scene, but that's what I've ran on both those wheel sizes.
