Stalling during normal operation

Stalling during normal operation
I'm driving down the road and if feels like I take my foot off of the accelerator. Does anyone know what that may be. I have a IS300 2001 Model.

CEL codes? Vacuum hose check, also have you had your TB cleaned?

No, have not had TB cleaned ever.

Have you tried tightening the acceleration cables? It's underneath the rocker cover.
