Default Using your key for windows

I come to understand that if you have your windows down and get out of your car put the key in and turn it a certain way they will close. I have a 05 and i cant seem to figure out how to do so anyone with some feedback on this???>>???

Yea, the IS doesn't have that option. I have it on my GS though.

I heard it's a feature that has to be turned on by CBEST programming at the dealer. Never confirmed it, though.

this feature is not availble on the is300. Maybe the 06 is300 and above but they dont sell those in the states. If you would like this option though, many alarm systems have this available. I personally have a viper alarm system and i bought the extra option for the keyless window operation. I dont do wiring so i had someone install it for me. He griped and moaned cuz lexus was a nightmare with the wiring but he got the job done and now i can roll down the windows from my key fob :P I know VW though has this option stock on atleast their jettas. Not toyotas though as far as i know
