Default Hearing clunking sound when i hit the breaks

Hi i've been experience some brake problems the past month... when i hit the breaks my left side squeks and the right side makes a clunking sound like a train. I replaced the rotors, brake pads, wheel bearings, brake lines, bought coilovers cuz i thought it was the strut perhaps... still making the same noise. Did some research on the search tab and read a bit on anti squeal shim kit...? will this solve my noise problem?
