Default Kinda new 1IS to CL from ABQ

Hello, my name is Eric an ive kinda been on and off of CL lately. Finally have the free time to get on and join the community. I own a 2004 1IS that doesnt have much dont to it right now :/
Mods:

*K&N Intake

*Tanabe Medallion Axle Back

*Tein Supercomfort Coilovers

*CCW Classics
18x9 255/35/18 front
18x10.5 275/35/18 back soon to be 285

and thats about all.
There isnt much i can do out here due to emissions so if anybody knows how else i can get a little more power and still pass please help me. I know turbo, swap, and supercharger are big but im getting married soon so the $$$$ for that is out of the question. Exterior mods are always welcome so any input is appreciated. Here are pics:

Thanks for everything

There is a slight roll and pull right now just to get the wheels on the car. Was planning on doing them more next weekend as there is a meet I'm attending. New Mexico roads kinda suck for lowered cars. :/
