Exclamation VSC Off, ABS, Trac Off lights ??

Hey guys so today I changed out my Megan EZ's for the stockies. The 4 or so hours that it took me to change em out I had the radio on the entire time. Once I wrapped everything up I tried to start the car with some hesitation. The battery gauge was at ~ 9 volts cranked for maybe 5 seconds and eventually turned over. I then get VSC off, ABS, and Trac Off lights (not sure if it's related to suspension work). What do you guys think it's from?

I already have an appointment at Lexus tomorrow for some detailing job but not sure if I should have them diagnose/scan/clear codes since i can go auto zone for free.

any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

does it flicker and stay on? your abs unit might be out. Mine had these lights on for about 6 months. I dont have money yet so i cant get it replaced b/c it cost alot or the shops are charging me alot. It can also be one of the relays.

it stays on. i had Lexus look at it and they come up with a broken ABS speed sensor. Funny thing if it was broken it's been like that for a couple months now and just yesterday the lights came on. They also told me it's be $500+ to replace!

My 92sc400 did the same thing earlier this year. Took it to the garage ,the mechanic ran the diagnostics, replaced the battery...no more problems! Usually my Lexus kinks cost more than $125!

Yea it sounds like a battery problem...if the battery reads 9v then it needs to be recharged...you can try recharging it but it seems to low to do so..u might need to replace it if it doesnt hold the charge
