Default VSC + ABS + VSC Off lights.

Ok i was wondering what causes those lights to come on?

I know its a common problem when those lights + the CEL engine comes on like the throttle sensor n what not... but i dont have the CEL on or anything.. just the VSC, ABS, and VSC Off...

whats a list of things i should go check so i can fix it?

The speed sensor looks fine.. no breaks in the line. anything else?

Car drives fine with no "limp" mode or anything. Feels like a regular car just with the lights on and no traction control (due to the lights assuming)

Have you done any suspension work recently?

The speed sensor is usually not the problem, it's the ABS/VSC sensor. It's very delicate and cable is very prone to breaking. Jefftsai has a nice DIY on how to fix it.

Here's the link. The pictures don't seem to be working. Maybe you can contact Jeff?

i have the same problem on my gs and ive had it at a few different shops and even at the dealer and they havent figured it out, right now its at a shop where they checked everything over and every sensor is fine besides a speed sensor on the rear pass side, they ordered a new one, and if it doesnt cure the problem i wont have to pay nothing, i hope it does though im sick of it

Hurricane: since you got the CEL run a scanner.. for us guys with the other lights excluding CEL we cannot run a scanner :/

i havent had time to dismount my wheels and check the rear sensor yet since i have finals but imma see if anything is wrong..

ill try to do run a multimeter to it to see if the line is good.. but gotta take care of finals first. until then goodluck to all of us! LOL

did u install the sway bar correctly? I matched mine to the oem, but the oem was installed incorrectly... so I got vsc+abs on. I had to flip the sway left to right or push the retainer to the side a little bit.

Why exactly wouldn't you be able to run a scanner? ABS is just another computer controlled system.

In fact, you can find information on pulling the codes from ABS ECU with or without the scanner here.
