Hey so I'm new to the forum. I have had my 5 speed Onyx Black 03 IS300 since January 2011. I got it for $7300 mint condition, with 130k and some Cels. This is my first real car, Other ride is a My Gas savor (saturn), and sportbike. This will be my garage project for a while, still not on the road. End plan would be the GTE swap, but I gotta get everything else there first.

WTB JDM side skirts, Grill, sway bars, is250 wheels

Thanks it took about 6 months of hunting CL and other sites for me to finally come across a black on black manual shift, I'm happy I waited. I'm actually looking for a set of altezza side skirts so I can throw on my front lip, get my ride height adjusted right, and get my alignment. I just installed the coilovers, wheels, tires, and ball joints so I'm waiting to get atleast 200 miles on everything before alignment.

yea heres some with out me cleaning the suede yet. Gotta be honest but pics of suede look like crap. Looks way nicer in person. I used black on headliner and Grey on sunroof. With tint and sitting inside car it all looks black. I am waiting to locate a nice place to stitch my sun visors

I did it myself! The shop wanted $1100 big ones to do this. i spent about $190 in materials. One tip: Do not use Joan Fabrics or some place with $10 a yard material. You should be spending about $40 a yard for good suede. And remember the stuff you should use for the headliner isnt Real suede, its look a like but mine came with a thin layer of foam under it.

You dont want the real stuff because it wont be good to cover with. And it dosnt look as good as this stuff, it also fades in the sun. If you need any advice or tips just let me know, Glad to help. Watch some youtube videos first, and use a large paint brush to spread the fabric

So I have been driving around lately and getting a bit too much noise inside my car like the fuel pump, exhaust, and axle noise. Soo I decided to dynamat everything with this stuff I got real cheap on ebay. So heres some starter pics, I bought 50 square feet and had to order another roll today. I can already hear a big improvement in side the car and dont hear the fuel pump anymore. When I finish the trunk the exhaust noise should be much less.

Nice looking ride... And it makes it so much better since you do most of the work yourself... But

This is CL and if you say you do it yourself and don't put together a DIY thread you could be banned.....

lol well the dynamat is pretty self explanatory, Peel and stick and if it gives you trouble thats what the heat guns for. I also think I just found my new JDM bumper, its pretty rare I hope I get it, that will be a project!
