Default Will wheels fit

Hey there, I'm on the other side of the IS forum. I have a 2nd gen IS and want to sell my buddy who is buying an 05' Sportcross. I have 19x8.5 (+42) and 19x9.5(+40). I have 235/35/19 on the fronts, but will that size tire be ok on the rear 9.5? What size tire should he go with up front on the 8.5 wheel? Will rear fenders need to be rolled? Thanks.

he'll need a thinner tire up front with the 235 in the rear, with a 235 in the front it will rub when lowered

rear fenders will not need rolling...maybe a small shave

i run a 225/40R18 on a 8.5 in the front , so if you go on a 19", you can prolly run a 225/30-35
