There is no IS400
There was an IS200 which was only sold in other countries which is the same as the Altezza RS....although i believe they tried or did sell in the states for a bit and just stuck with the IS300 series
And there is the IS430 which was a prototype that did not go into prodction
It used the 4.3L from the GS400 and used a 6spd tranny from a supra
maybe you're thinking of GS300 and GS400?

And they had more varities as in RS200, IS200, Altezza's etc...
