My 2001 IS 300 has 106,000 miles on it and recently began bogging while giving it gas driving around town. It seems to me that it may be fuel related but I could be wrong. Possibly a fuel filter? What do you guys think? If it is the fuel filter, is it located in-tank on this model? How much will it cost to change?
