Default Car making some noise

As you all know I just picked up the 03 IS300. The rotors were bad and the brake pads had no life left in the rears so I got new rotors and pads. I drove on it for a week or so without any problems but now it is making a lot of noise in the rear and sometimes the car shakes. The faster I go the noise gets louder and it repeats the sound faster. While driving if I pull the E-Brake up slowly the noise goes away. I think its because of a bad knuckle but not completely sure. Has anyone had this problem before? Anyone know what it could be??

Seezed caliper?

(omg, I can't believe how badly I spelled seezed and I've gone blank as to the correct spelling!)
