Does anybody know if the altezza side mirror is retractable??? If it is, I want to get one....

 

what do u mean retractable ,electronicaly or manually,the IS200 ones are electronically

can you not fold your mirrors in by pushing a button on the elec window panel

 

In United States, the IS300 doesn't have that button. We can only adjust the left and right mirror, no retract button.....so sad.

 

that is sad,your IS300 seem to lack many of the things the IS200 gets as standard do you get tese things that are standard:

LSD,Chrome pedals and door sills,heated font windshield,tinted glass ,double deadlock security and headlight washers



to get the mirrors you would need the European(mainland) mirrors,the loom and the switch gear

umm........ then why would our IS300s have 4 doors and seats?

in all of those above, i believe its standard throughout the world?
and IS300 > IS200 .. 215 > 155 hp! enough said.

and in USA/CANADA, yes we dont have those retractable mirrors.. but why would need them???
In Taiwan or many tight urban cities, retractable mirrors is standard on most of the upper end cars.. even camrys and corrolas and sentras in taiwan has electronic retractable side mirrors. why? coz the street to drive and to park in taiwan is just SO SMALL that it fits 2 cars exactly..
whereas in USA/CANDA, big road, big high way.. why do we need such useless feature here??

Blown, my IS has LSD, brushed aluminum pedals and door sills, the factory tint is I believe 5%.

I'm not sure what you're talking about with heated front windshield, but I know we have heated mirrors.

In terms of security, we have a cycling disable chip in our keys to prevent theft...

No, we don't have windshield washers, not retractable mirrors.

 

thank you sophiesleeps.......swatch if YOU had read all the posts i was asking what else you got on the IS300 as standard,because ive seen many posts with alot of stuff missing but wanted

heated windshield is a quick clear system,activated by the outside temp sensor,we get the same chip keys,but also double deadlocks on the doors,the UK has very high car crime

and swatch if you read the posts you wouldnt make yourself look stupid,so what if the IS300 is 215 bhp...........you aint allowed to drive so fast in the states anyway and if you want to be childish ive got six gears and there manual not a lazy auto so there and ive got 230 bhp............lol

,so tell me are all those thing standard on US spec cars,so swatch dont be so quick to flame ppl
