Default Power Outlets...

I just bought my 2002 IS300 and have noticed that neither of the power outlets, the one next to the shifter, and the one in the center console, aren't working. I've replaced the fuses and it didn't help. Everything else electronic in the car works, anyone know what the problem could be?

Well there are two steps you can take next. I would either take apart enough of the center console to make sure that they are physically plugged in (that someone didn't have them apart previously and forget them) or you will need to test them w/ a volt meter/test light to see if they are missing power, ground or both. the whole outside surround should have continuity to any ground, and the center should have power when the ignition is on.
