manual tranny

im looking to put a man. tranny in my 01 IS, do any of u have any thoughts on this or any suggestions?? will a supra man. tranny bolt up, or what about an sc300 man tranny???? thanks guys

W58 you can use the internals and fits in the stock bell housing from a manual.
R154 you need fabrication
V160 you need fabrication

say hello to 5-7k bill

my suggestion is to sell the car
and buy a manual IS

Yes because you have 1) Parts and 2) countless hours of labor to install. Oh yes to get the Getrag 6spd from the Supra, you have to modify the tranny tunnel to fit where the auto tranny sits.
