Hi everyone!

I have a 05 is300 that currently has the motor pulled because I’m doing an engine swap. I was thinking about changing out some bushings from the front suspension while the engine is still out if the car, because they’re worn out.

1. What is the best method of removing/ installing the bushings.
2. Can anyone provide me with part numbers for control arms (1)(2) on both the left and the right side. Even though I assume the bushings will be the same on both sides.
