Not convinced.

See priuschat discussion. Focus particularly on the lack of battery ECU changes.

Given the availability of salvaged hybrids with 4th gen cells here (and the fact that I've already rebuilt my pack four years ago with at the time practically brand new 4th gen cells)... No.

Yeah I need to read more about this... I wonder if anyone has tested this in the GS450h. Our system is slightly different from the Prius (no EV mode etc)

It's the same, just scaled way up and with a 2speed for MG2.
