I recently changed grades of gas from Premium Unleaded to Regular Unleaded due to the rise in gas prices and then last week I received the following engine error codes: P0607: Control Module Performance and P0138: Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2. After refilling my tank with Premium gasoline and putting in a bottle of fuel injector cleaner the check engine light automatically turned off. So the question that I have is, should I still get my 02 sensor replaced or is this a false positive and has anyone else experienced this issue when changing grades of gasoline? My 2011 RX450h currently has 123,500 miles on it.

 

Just monitor to see it it comes back again. O2 sensors are not known to go out on these cars.
