VVT-i engine codes?
I cleared them all and shortly after I got the codes: P1130, P0171, P1150, P0136.
Do you have any idea what the problem is? Thanks!
Regards; Andy G.
P1130 is the Bank 1, Sensor 1 A/F sensor behind the engine block.
P0171 is a lean error (avoid this one, because it's triggered by the other codes)
P1150 is the Bank 2, Sensor 1 A/F sensor and it can be seen right behind the radiator and on the engine manifold coming off the front of the engine (just open the hood to your engine)
P0136 is Bank 1, Sensor 2, this is the sensor just after the catalytic converter that is underneath the vehicle.
What I'd probably recommend you do is take it to a mechanic who can read the real-time readings coming off the sensors. You might have gotten a batch of bad gas. What makes me think this is that the previous codes you had included P03XX codes that are related to misfires.
Incidentally, my girlfriend's Ford Expedition had similar readings yesterday and this was I am sure due to probably a batch of bad gas. I reset the codes and ran some Redline Fuel System Cleaner and the code hasn't come back since, even after a drive to the north part of Miami and back (we live in southern Miami).
