Default RX400h Error codes p3190, p3191, p3193

Hello,

Having an issues with my 2005 RX400h with 147K - recently we discovered a hole in the tank, of course we didn't continue to drive the car, and finally today I was able patch it up, when I went to start the car I got the following message "Check Hybrid System" and "Check VSC System" and "Check AWD System" followed with check engine sign.
I did have the front wheels on a ramp, maybe that triggered the VSC system, I'm not sure. The car was working just fine since I was able to put the front wheels on a ramp. I have scanned the car and I'm getting the following error codes p3190, p3191, p3193.

I'm also hearing a hard crank noise when the car starts, but it does start for 20-30 seconds and then it shut off. I have tired erasing the codes off the systems but the codes returns after if shuts off. I have noticed my battery voltage is 11.3 when the car is a second ignition, and during the 20-30 sec start period it shows 13.4

Any idea where is a good place to start the diagnose ?

I have quarter level oil, should add some oil? but the HV ECU could be an issues since there was a hole in the tanks, I'm thinking it could also be a camshaft position sensor, or the fuel pump.
Out of fuel - are there steps to reset this module (HV Control ECU)?

Thanks

Ok, I'm sorry I know it's obvious but I had to make sure you had plenty of gas first because of this code. lol

Not sure how long your car was sitting but I always start with the basics- a properly charged up engine battery and a couple gallons of fresh gas.
For the repair was the gas tank dropped or anything on the car unhooked anywhere?

I did not have to pull the tanks out since the hole was at the front edge, I did notice a lot of gas spilled out, I see traces few blocks back from my house, I must've hit something on the road which put a dent in tanks.
When I put the car on the ramp whatever gas was left shifted to the back of the tank, and a lot of the gas fume escaped, I should've not attempted to start the car when it was on ramp, that could've be the issue too. The car was sitting on my driveway for few days but nothing spilled on my drive.

I'm going to get 4 gallons of gas and added it in, let's see where that takes me.

Some update: Last night I added 4 gallon of gas, and the car started and stayed and charged the battery, unfortunately my patch has failed and I have now purchased a used gas tank from ebay.

I have exactly the same problem - it was the water pomp that broke down. Try to fix or replace it.
