RX400h "Check Hybrid System" warning

RX400h "Check Hybrid System" warning
Hi,
I recently had my brake pads replaced and a few days after that, I got the "check hybrid system" warning and the CEL. There seems to be no issue as the car works normally. All of the motors are working and charging. The animation shows all the normal stuff. The fuel economy looks fine as well. Just the CEL and the "check hybrid system" message on the screen. Does someone have any ideas as to what might be the cause? Thanks very much.

I had that years ago, and it finally ended up being the inverter cooling pump going out. It is an electric coolant pump located on the bottom drivers side frame behind the headlamp area, but all the way on the bottom near skid plate.
