Hello i have a 2007 awd RX400 h We have a small red triangle on the speedometer just over the info center on the rh side . We cant find any info on this in our owners manual {we have the complete set] info center says Maint required but I checked both the maint menu oil filter air filter ect. and there are no items due Also checked with a scanner and checked obd-2 lexus enhanced abs and srs and all have no codes. It is not affecting driving yet it stays on all the time

Try re-setting the maintenance light.
Even though the work was done, you still have to reset that for the next maintenance schedule.
Hope its a simple fix.

how to do that? I actually turned off the maint menu to see if one of them was causing light Light is still on
