the warranty is about to expire. What problem should I look for.

I would ask your service advisor if they could check the individual cells of the traction battery for any weak cells. They may be able to do this easily using the OBD II connection. That is about all I can think ok, My 2013 ES300h has had no major issues. Just a recall of the PCS which they remedied and replaced the Mark Levinson Amp as there was an issue with them in the 2013 models.

Are your ventilated seats working well? There is a TSB for '13-'14 ES regarding the air passages in the seat cushion that collapse under a driver's weight over time. Just search this board for more information.

Would a TSB cover us that are out of warranty?

As far as I know you need either the original or CPO warranty.
